- You talk directly with that company about the problem, timing and price. You decide whether to book.
- The company does the work and is solely responsible for it, including licensing, insurance, warranty and pricing. Texas does not license roofers at the state level, so before booking it's reasonable to ask the provider for proof of insurance, a written estimate and a few local references you can call.
How we're paid
